The main objective of the Alumni Association is to acquire the knowledge and experience of the old students to enhance the knowledge of the current students. Many activities are organized by the Alumni Association for the development of the college and to maintain the chain of these activities, the registration of the MJ Alumni Association was done by the college on 02.06.2020
The Education Department organized an online meeting Alumni Association on 12 December 2020. In the online meeting, the present students welcome the members of the Alumni Association and also gave speeches and share their knowledge and experience with the Alumni Association, students currently studying got benefited and they share their experience with teachers too. Nageshwar Sahu (Batch 2013-14 ) explained the teaching principles and Ajay Sahu (Batch 2014-15 ) explained how to make teaching effective and Mithali Srivastava (Batch 2018-19) explained the internship program.
Anjana Pandey and Shahnoor (Batch 2018-19) B.Ed Alumni organized a food distribution program at Mother Teresa Ashram on the occasion of Makar Sankranti on 14.01.21. Anjana and Shahnoor currently working as a teacher in Rawatpura Sarkar institute kumhari.
The MJ Alumni Online Workshop was organized in a very elaborate manner by the Alumni Association members from 3 to 9 May 2021. Dr. Prashant Srivastava's session by Dean of Hemchand Yadav University was the chief guest of the inaugural session. Anil Kumar Choubey was present as a special guest, Dr. Prashant Srivastava, while addressing the online workshop organized by the members of the Alumni Association, said that the formation of alumni was necessary for contribution in the college and NAAC evaluation and congratulated the members that they would likewise give the benefit of the acquired knowledge to the college

The meeting of the Alumni Association was held on 19.07.19. The meeting started with Saraswati Vandana. The director of the college, Shrilekha Virulkar welcomed all the alumni. She explained the roles that the alumni can play for the development of the institute. Principal Dr. K.S. Guru Panch exudes respect to the alumni and showcased the full spirit of a teacher.

On 20-8-19 Aradhana Tiwari and Manju Khubwami Alumni members from Education Department interacted with current students and gave information about B.Ed entrance exam NET and SET exam as well as guidance for doing M.Ed Ph.D.
The meeting of MJ Alumni Association was held on 3.9.19 in which it was decided that Teacher's Day would be celebrated in Arpan School.Teacher's Day was celebrated in Arpan School by MJ Alumni Association on 5.9.19.
Alumni Association donated the book on 16-09-19. The meeting of MJ Alumni Association has been organized in which it has been decided that World Senior Citizen Day will be celebrated.
World Senior Citizen Day was celebrated by MJ Alumni Association on 1.10.19 at Smriti Nagar Arogyadham honored him with shawl and coconut.
In the meeting of AIumni- Association held on 24.07.18, it was decided that on 15th August, celebration of tree plantation and old books would be donated to the college.

Alumni members contributed to the teachers day on 5-09-18 and respected their teachers.
MJ Alumni Association donated his old book to the college on 25-09-18 .
On 13.10.18 Alumni enjoyed a lot while doing garba dance organized by college.
On 30.11.18, MJ college association organised Alumni -meet programme in the college.
The meeting held on 31.01.19, and it was also decided to contribute in the annual function on 07-02-2019. Nav Kanya Bhoj program was organized by the members of Alumni Association in Arpan School on 12.04.19.
The meeting of the Alumni Association was held on 14.07.17 in which it was decided to select new members and provide their support on the Youth Skill Day program organized by the college. Alumni members contributed in the Youth Skill Day program organized by the college on 15.07.17.
It was decided to give their participation, on 4.12.17, followed by the meeting of association, in the Vivekananda Jayanti, placement program, personality development workshop.
The members of the alumni took full Benefit of the Vivekananda Jayanti and placement program was organized on 12.01.18

Alumni members meeting was held on 27.01.18 in which it was decided that their cooperation would be given in the annual function on 29-01-18
In the meeting of MJ Alumni Association held on 30.05.18, it was decided that alumni meet program would be held on 15.06.18.

The meeting of the MJ Alumni Association was held on date.. In the 09.07.16 in which the selection of new members was discussed and it was decided to plant trees in village Kutela Bhata Primary School.
In the primary school of village Kutela Bhata on 09.08.16, the members of the alumni did Tree plantation.

Alumni members participated in the career guidance seminar organized by the college.
Members of MJ Alumni Association gave their participation in Basant Panchami Saraswati Puja program and distributed khichdi prasad on 11.02.17..
The members of Alumni held a meeting in the 25.04.17 in which they discussed about the upcoming session.
