Procedure for Admission: -

Step 1. Guidelines for Registration in Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg

1. Visit the official website of Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg at https://www.durguniversity.ac.in/
2. Click on Online Registration Form for Session 2021-22 in the left corner.
3. Click on New Registration tab in the right hand corner.
4. Fill up and submit your form after proper checking and note down your Registration No. for future reference.
5. Take print out of your registration form and produce at college office while physical verification of document.

Checklist of Requirements for Registration

• Your Personal Email-id
• Your Personal Mobile Number
• Scanned Copy of Mark Sheets of Class 10^th & 12^th
• Scanned Copy of Full Signature in White Paper
• Scanned Formal Passport Size photograph
• Scanned Copy of Caste Certificate
• Scanned Copy of Migration Certificate

The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application form:

1. Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) of the last studied institution.
2. A photocopy of the Mark sheet of 10th and 12th exam.
3. Migration Certificate for the students from other Universities and Boards.
4. Character Certificate attested by the Principal of the last studied institution.
5. Character Certificate of Private students attested by 2 persons of authorized posts must be submitted.
6. Gap Certificate should be submitted by the candidates having discontinuity in studies.
7. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should produce Caste Certificate.
8. All the Original Certificates is to be produce during Counseling (Only B.Ed. / D.El.Ed.)
